Cannot change icon when editing an existing module

I've tried to change the icon for a module I've previously added. Everything went smoothly at creation time, but when I'm trying to change the icon afterwards I always have an "Invalid icon format" error message box showing on the top, even when using the same file as uploaded during creation.

My icon is a PNG-8 with transparency, exported from Photoshop.

Yeah, there is definitely something wrong with the logo and screenshot handling on the gallery right now. There is also an error deleting images: http://orchardgallery.codeplex.com/workitem/239. And I've been having trouble uploading more than one screenshot for my FeaturedItemSlider module.

I'm not sure what caused it to break. I think we need to get the logs from the live gallery instance. The "Invalid format" exception is getting thrown but that's not really the issue. Something else is causing an error even though that's what is being reported.

Yep, I can't delete a screenshot or update the logo.
